1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cut green beans
1 (12 ounce) bag petite carrots
3/4 cup water
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Place the beans, carrots and water in a microwave safe bowl.
Cover.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring once half way through.
Preheat large skillet on medium-high heat 2-3 minutes.
Add oil and mix to coat.
Add sesame seeds.
Heat 2-3 minutes longer, stirring often until golden brown.
Drain vegetables thoroughly and add to pan.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook 5-6 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until tender.
