1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Mix or well.
Cover and refridgerate vegetable dip for at least 3 hours.
For a party, serve with raw vegetables on a platter with the dip in the middle.
