Whole wheat pita bread
1/4 cup light miracle whip
1/4 cup fat free mayonaise
1 6 oz can tuna in water (drained)
1/4 tsp Greek seasoning
Purple onion (sliced thin)
Green Pepper (sliced thin, seeds removed)
Beefsteak tomato (sliced thin)
Mix Miracle whip, mayo, tuna, and greek seasoning in a bowl.
Put desired amount of onion, pepper, and tomato on pita.
Place tuna mixture on pita and fold.*
You can also cut the pita bread in half and open each pita half, then stuff them instead of folding.
