1 (8 ounce) pkg Egg Noodles
2 TBSP Light Butter
2 TBSP Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup 1% Milk
1 1/2 Cups 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 (6 ounce) Cans Tuna
1 (15 ounce) Can Peas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain both cans of tuna.
Drain peas.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Boil noodles in a large pot of salted water.
Drain well.
Combine flour, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Mix well.
Add milk.
Whisk until the sauce thickens. (usually thick at boiling point)
Add cheese to mixture.
Mix well.
Add tuna, peas, and noodles.
Mix well.
Spread evenly in prepared dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
