6 eggs
1/2 can tuna in oil
1 can tuna in water
4 Tbsp Fat Free Mayonaise
4 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip
1 pickle (chopped fine)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Bread (for sandwich)
Bring 6 cups water to boil in a sauce pan.
Simmer eggs with shells on for 15 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Peel and dice eggs discarding half of the yolk.
Drain the oil out of the tuna and discard oil.*
Drain the water out of the tuna and discard water.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill for 1 hour.
Serve on sandwich bread.
*Drain out as much of the oil from the tuna as you can.
But, do not go over board because you will want a little
for flavor.
