1 lb Lean Ground Beef
3/4 Head of Lettuce (Chopped)
2 Large Tomatoes (diced)
3/4 Small Onion (diced)
1 Bunch Green Onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
Thousand Island Dressing*
Baked Cheese Doritos**

Cook lean ground beef in skillet.
Drain fat by pouring hot water over it through strainer.
Make sure water is drained well.
Put beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and green onion in large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over mixture.
Mix well.
Add enough Thousand Island Dressing to coat salad.*
Crush Doritos.
Add to single serving taco salad.
Cover taco salad and refridgerate for 30 minutes before serving.

*Kraft Light Done Right is what I use when I make
Taco Salad. Only 2 grams fat per serving.
**Only add Doritos when ready to eat the taco salad or they will get soggy.
