1 Large Potato
1/4 Cup 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Light Butter
Garlic Salt
Stab the potato with a fork (go a little deep in 3-4 areas).
Put the potato in the microwave for about 5 minutes on high, flipping once.
Cut the potato in half the long way. (Be careful. It will be very hot!)
Mash each potato half with fork.
Add 1/8 cup cheese, 1 tsp butter, and 2 dashes garlic salt to each potato half.
Mix well and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
