3/4 cup Light sour cream
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/3 cup light parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
1/16 tsp red pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained very well)
10 thin slices cooked turkey ham
Stir together sour cream, parmesan cheese, pepper and red pepper in medium bowl.
Then, stir in spinach.
Spread 2 tbsp of the spinach filling on each slice of ham.
Roll up.
Wrap in plastic cling wrap.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
After refrigerating, slice each roll 5 times into appetizer rings.
Serve.
