1 - 10 oz Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 - 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped fine)
1 - 10 oz Container Alfredo Sauce
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1/3 Cup Light Parmesan Cheese (grated)
2 oz Light Cream Cheese
2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw the spinach and drain VERY well.
Set aside.
Drain the artichoke hearts.
Chop the artichoke hearts fine.
Combine alfredo sauce and garlic powder in a bowl.
Mix well.
In another bowl, combine the light cream cheese and fat
free cream cheese.
Mix well.
In an 8X8 baking dish, spread the spinach, artichoke hearts,
alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and
cream cheese.
Cover the dip.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve this dip with bread or low fat chips.
