4 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
2 ounces flaked or chopped smoked salmon*
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp seafood seasoning
1 dash ground black pepper
chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce,
garlic, onion powder, seafood seasoning and ground black pepper.
Roll the spread mixture into a ball.
Place the chopped pecans on a plate and roll the salmon ball on top to cover evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
Serve with wheat thins!
