6 Green Onions
4 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 Ounces Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
4 1/2 Ounces Smoked Salmon
1 tsp Prepared Horseradish
1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Chop the green onions fine.
Set aside the equivelant of 2 green onions for garnishing.
If the smoked salmon has skin, remove it.
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor (besides the onion set aside).
Pulse until blended well.
Put in a serving bowl.
Garnish with the green onion that was set aside.
Serve this smoked salmon dip with crackers or fresh vegetables.
