2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup water
2 cups paste chunky salsa or picante sauce
1 1/4 cups uncooked regular long grain white rice
2 lbs bonless skinless chicken breast
10 low fat flour tortillas 10" in diameter
Cut the chicken into bite size cubed pieces.
Put everything except tortillas into the crock pot.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Lay each tortilla on a plate.
Add proper amount of chicken to each tortilla from the slow cooker.
Serve this recipe with low fat sour cream if desired.
