2 lbs Beef Sirloin Steaks
1/2 Cup Light Beer
4 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
4 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the steaks.
Put steaks in a large baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together beer, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Pour sauce over steaks.
Refridgerate, covered, for at least 3 hours.
Remove sirlion for refridgerator.
Sprinkle with 1/2 the garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Turn the sirloin steaks over.
Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Remove steaks from marinade.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Pour marinade into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cooking for 8-10 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill.
Grill steaks for 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
During the last few minutes of grilling, baste steaks with boiled marinade.
