3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into 1" cubes)*
1 1/2 Cups Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade With Pineabpple Juice (equally divided)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
2 Zucchini (sliced 1/2" thick)
1 (8 oz package) Whole Fresh Mushrooms
1 Medium Red Onion (cut into 1/2" pieces)
Skewers**

1. Place meat and vegetables in shallow dish with 1/2 of Teriyaki Marinade.
2. Refridgerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
3. Preheat grill to medium high.
4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
5. Place each Shish Kabob onto the grill.
6. Season with garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.
7. Grill for 10 minutes.
8. Turn each shish kabob.
9. Season other side with garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.
10. Baste each Shish Kabob with remaining marinade sauce.
11. Grill for an additional 10 minutes or until done, periodically basting throughout cooking time.

*This Shish Kabob Recipe works well with lean steak too!
**Be sure to pre-soak skewers in water so they don't burn so easy on grill.
