1/2 cup Steak Sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tsp prepared horseradish*
1 lb lean steak, cut into 1/2" by 1" pieces
1 large white onion, cut into large pieces
1 red bell peppers, seeded and cut inton large pieces
Skewers**
Mix steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish in small bowl.
Set aside.
Seperate 1/4 cup of the sauce mixture aside for basting.
Place steak, onion, and peppers onto skewers in desired order.
Marinate in sauce mixture in refridgerator for 30 minutes.
Grill each kabob over medium heat until done, turning occasionally.
Be sure to baste each shish kabob with the remaining 1/4
cup sauce mixture 2 minutes before done for ultimate flavor.
*Make sure you buy "prepared horseradish" and that it is fat free.
**Soak skewers in water before putting each shish kabob together so they don't burn while grilling.
