1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all spices in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Rub onto preferred seafood.
Grill seafood until done.
Reserve any remaining rub for later use.
Tip: Be sure not to put hands directly into bowl to get dry rub mix.
This can transfer uncooked food into rub bowl and then you
will not be able to re-use the seasoning mix later.
If this isn't enough cajun taste for you, add a 1/2 teaspoon of
cajun seasoning to the recipe.
