1 tsp light butter|
6 Red Potatoes (sliced)
4 Center Cut Slices Bacon (cut into small pieces)
3 Ounces Light Parmesan Cheese
1 Can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
Put butter in crockpot and spread with a dry paper towel on bottom and sides.
Place 1 layer of peeled and sliced potatoes on bottom. (not all of them)
Put a few dashes of pepper on potatoes.
Put a few dashes of salt on potatoes.
Add part of the bacon pieces over potatoes.
Next, add part of the parmesan cheese.
In a bowl, combine soup with a few dashes of garlic powder.
Pour over mixture in crockpot.
Cook for approximately 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Serve as a side dish.
