1/4 Cup Light Butter
1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 Cups 1% Milk
2 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Melt the light butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Saute all the mushroom until tender.
Stir in flour, milk and soy sauce.
Cook, stirring frequently until the mushroom is tender and sauteed well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
This recipe is good served over pasta, rice, or warm biscuits.
