1 lb 97% Fat Free ground sausage*
4 Medium Egg
2 Egg whites
2 Cups 1% milk
2 slices wheat bread (diced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
3/4 cup 2% grated cheese
Cook sausage in skillet until done.
Drain well.
Beat egg, whites, milk, mustard and salt in casserole dish.
Add bread, cheese and sausage.
Refridgerate overnight in covered casserole dish.
Next day, bake casserole at 350 for 50 minutes.
*Jimmy Dean 97% FF sausage works best.
