12 Small Red Potatoes
1 Cup Ranch Salad Dressing*
1 (8 ounce) pkg 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 Green Onions (chopped)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scrub each potato and cut into halves.
Put each potato into a large saucepan.
Cover with water.
Heat over medium.
Cook for 10 minutes after it starts to boil.
Drain.
Place potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet with the cut side up.
Spread a spoonful of dressing on the top of each potato half.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Sprinle lightly with pepper.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions over the top.
Serve.
