1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup diced green onions
2 garlic cloves (minced)
6 center cut pork chops
Melt butter in a skillet, and mix in the soy sauce.
Saute the green onions and garlic until lightly browned.
Remove any excess fat from the chops.
Place each pork steak in the skillet, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Remove cover.
Continue cooking 10 minutes, or until done.
