2 (29 ounce) Cans Sweet Potato
1/3 Cup Light Butter (melted)
2 TBSP White Sugar
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Orange Juice
1 Egg + 2 Egg Whites (beaten)
1/2 Cup 1 % Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Flour
3 TBSP Light Butter (melted)

Drain each sweet potato can and mash, making sure they are mashed well.
Lightly grease a slow cooker.
In a large bowl, sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup butter, 2 TBSP white sugar and 2 TBSP brown sugar.
Beat in orange juice, eggs and milk.
Transfer this mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 TBSP flour and 3 TBSP butter.
Spread the mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Cover the slow cooker and cook this recipe on low for 3 1/2 hours.
Serve.
