1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Light Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
2 (10 ounce) Lobster Tails

Preheat grill to high heat.
Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil and butter.
Whisk in salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic powder.
Split each lobster tail lengthwise with a large knife.
Brush flesh side of the lobster tail with the marinade.
Lightly oil grill grate.
Place tails, flesh side down, on the grill.
Cook for 11 to 12 minutes, turning once, and basting frequently with marinade.
Discard any remaining marinade.
Serve.
