1 lb Fresh Salmon
1/4 cup green onion (chopped fine)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped fine)
1/4 cup fresh oregano (chopped fine)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients in a shallow mixing bowl
or marinating bowl except for Salmon.

2. Mix well.

3. Rub herb mixture into Salmon on both sides evenly.

4. The salmon needs to be grilled over medium
flame approximately 4 to 5 minutes on
each side or until Salmon flakes and is done.

If you cannot make this recipe grilled due to weather,
you can place the salmon in the oven cooking on broil
instead. Just make sure the salmon is cooked through
by testing with a fork. When the salmon flakes, it is finished.
