1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 garlic cloves
1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
5 potatoes (skin removed and cut into thick fries)
4 large carrots (peeled and slices lengthwise)
1 onion (peeled and sliced into rings)
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
Put ground beef in a large bowl.
Add onion soup mix.
Add garlic cloves.
Add worchestershire sauce.
Mix until blended thoroughly.
Shape the ground beef into patties and place in pan.
Layer the vegetables on top of the beef patties, starting with the potatoes,
then carrots and finally onion rings.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil and seal edges.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
