1 Medium Ripe Avocado
2 tsp Lime Juice
3 Ounces Light Cream Cheese
3 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Cut the avocado in half.
Peel the avocado and remove the seed.
Beat the avocado and lime juice in a small bowl.
Add the light cream cheese and fat free cream cheese.
Mix well.
Add the worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Beat with a fork until smooth.
Serve the guacamole dip on taco salad or just with baked tortilla chips.
