Grilled Pork Chops Recipe




1 1/2 lbs Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops (3/4-inch thick)
2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1/4 Cup Blackberry Preserves
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Curry Powder

Preheat the grill.
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with steak seasoning.
Lightly spray both sides of the pork chops with cooking spray.
Place on the grill.
Cover.
Grill 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Turn once 1/2 way through cooking time.
Place small saucepan on medium heat.
Combine preserves, soy sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon and curry powder in saucepan.
Bring just to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Cover and remove from heat.
Poor the sauce over the pork chops.
Serve.
