1 lb lean ground beef
1 can diced tomato + the juice in the can
1 small onion (chopped fine)
1 garlic clove (minced)
garlic powder to taste
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Cook ground beef in large skillet until done.
Drain.
Return to skillet.
Add tomato, onion, garlic clove and powder.
Bring to boil.
Add macaroni to the ground beef mixture.
Reduce to simmer.
Cover, stirring the goulash occasionally.
Cook goulash approximately 12-14 minutes.

Goulash is a very quick and easy low fat recipe to make. The combination of
fresh garlic and garlic powder is what makes this recipe so delicious.
