1 (10-ounce) Bag Fresh Spinach
1 TBSP Light Butter
Salt
Pepper
Preheat large saute pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place butter in pan and swirl to coat.
Add the fresh spinach on top of butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 3-4 minutes stirring frequently.
Serve.
