1 - 8 oz Can Artichoke Hearts (drained well, chopped fine)|
3 Plum Tomatoes (chopped fine, drained on paper towel)
2 TBSP Red Onion (chopped fine)
1/4 Cup Black Olives (chopped fine)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 TBSP Fresh Basil (chopped fine)
2 TBSP Fresh Cilantro (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
Mix arichoke hearts, tomato, red onion, black olives,
garlic, fresh basil, fresh cilantro, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl.
Serve salsa with baked tortilla chips.
