French Fries Recipe




4 Potatoes, peeled
Seasoned Salt

Preheat oven to 425.
Slice potatoes the long way.
Cut into the shape of french fries.
Pat the french fries with paper towels to dry.
Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray.
Lay french fries on sheet in a single layer.
Spray (lightly) the top of potatoes with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.

NOTE: When you make baked french fries in the oven, you
reduce the fat content tremendously verses the deep fry
method. Homemade is obviously a better, healthier choice.
