2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
6 Medium Potatoes
1 tsp Pepper
2 TBSP flour
1 Cup 1% Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion (chopped fine)
Brown ground beef in a skillet.
Drains excess fat in a strainer.
Run hot water over ground beef while still in strainer.
Shake excess water out.
Mix seasoned salt, pepper, onion, and soup in a bowl.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Arrange alternate layers of potato and ground beef in a
crockpot starting with some potato, then ground beef.
Pour tomato soup mixture over potatoes and ground beef.
Cover.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Then, in a small bowl, mix milk and flour together.
Pour over ground beef, potato mixture.
Cover.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
