Cream Sauce Recipe




1 - 7 Ounce Can Tomatillo Salsa (divided)
4 Ounces Light Cream Cheese
4 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped fine)
2 TBSP Light Sour Cream
1 TBSP Lime Juice
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

In a small bowl, combine the light cream cheese and
fat free cream cheese together.
Microwave for about 1 minute on high to soften the cream
cheese.
In a blender, combine the cream cheese mixture, half of the
tomatillo salsa, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder,
black pepper, celery salt, and ground cumin.
Blend well until smooth.
Put in a medium size bowl or serving bowl.
Add the remaining tomatilla salsa.
Serve as a dip for vegetables.
Also delicious over chicken breast!
