4 Ounces Light Cream Cheese
4 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
6 Ounces Crab Meat*
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Cocktail Sauce
Flake crab meat.
Mix together both types of cream cheese and flaked cold crab meat.
Mix well.
Add cayenne pepper.
Mix well.
Form the crab mixture into a ball.
Pour desired amount of cocktail sauce over the top of
the crab cream cheese ball.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
*You do not have to use fresh crab to make this. If you
choose to use canned crab, make sure you drain it well.
