Chocolate Brownie Recipe
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
7 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Ounces Apple Sauce
1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
Stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt in a medium sized bowl.
Pour in oil, vanilla, apple sauce, and eggs.
Mix until everything is well blended.
Spread the batter evenly into the 8x8 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
Serve.
