Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe
4 1/8 cups water
1/4 cup lentil beans, rinsed
2 large potatoes, shredded
8 baby carrots (or 2 medium carrots) shredded
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 Packet Lipton Noodle Soup with real chicken broth
Put 4 cups water in saucepan.
Add lentil beans.
Bring to boil.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots, and onion.
Cook 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour cooked ingredients into blender.*
Blend until smooth.
Put back into sauce pan.
Bring to boil.
Add packet of soup mix.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Cook for 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
*You want to divide this into 2 sections since it is very
hot and may splash out of blender and scold skin.
