Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
2 Cups water
1 tsp parsley flakes
Spray oblong pan with cooking spray.
Layer chicken in pan in single layer.
Mix soups, water, and rice.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle dry onion soup and parsley on top.
Cover.
Bake 2 hours at 350.
Romove from oven.
Let stand 15 minutes before uncovering to serve.
DO NOT PEEK WHILE BAKING BECAUSE THE RICE MAY NOT COOK PROPERLY.
