Chicken Cream Cheese Recipe




4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope Vegetable Soup Mix
1 cup 1 % milk
1 cup water
4 ounces light cream cheese, cubed

Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Cook chicken until done.
Remove chicken.
Bring soup mix blended with milk and water to a boil in same skillet.
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 4-5 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and simmer 3 minutes.
Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until hot.
Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
