3/4 cup Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 cups fresh broccoli
1/3 cup dijon Mustard
4 cups cooked pasta
Mix broth and soy sauce; set aside.
Cook garlic & chicken in oil for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli to pan.
Stir in broth mixture.
Heat to boil.
Reduce heat, simmering 5 minutes.
Stir in mustard.
Mix well.
Serve over pasta.
