4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
4 TBSP Soy Sauce
3 TBSP Brown Sugar
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tsp Fresh Thyme (chopped fine)
2 tsp Onion (chopped fine)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Allspice (ground)
1 Habanero Pepper (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
4 Chicken Breast Halves (boneless/skinless)

Combine all ingredients in the blender (except chicken).
Blend cajun sauce until smooth.
Reserve 1/3 of the mixture in a bowl.
Poke holes in the chicken with a fork numerous times.
Place the chicken in a marinate bowl or large ziploc bag.
Pour liquid cajun mixture over chicken.
If using a ziploc, squeeze out the excess air and seal.
Place chicken in the refridgerator for 2 hours.
Broil chicken for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side.
Make sure the cajun chicken is about 6 inches from the
broiler heating elements.
Get the reserved cajun sauce out and heat until medium/hot.
Pour over chicken.
Serve with side dishes.
