Breakfast Egg Casserole Recipe
2 Cups Frozen Diced Potatoes
1 1/4 Cups Turkey Ham (diced)
3/4 Cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
3 Green Onions (sliced)
2 Eggs
1 Egg White
1 Cup Egg Beaters
1/2 Cup 1 % Milk
3/4 Cup 2 % Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Spray a 9" X 13" baking dish with butter flavored Pam spray.
3. Evenly spread potatoes in the baking dish.
4. Add turkey ham.
5. Add onions.
6. Add mushrooms.
7. Combine egg beaters, eggs, and milk in a bowl.
8. Mix well.
9. Pour over casserole dish.
10. Spread cheese over mixture evenly.
11. Bake for 45 minutes.
