Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Recipe
6 Pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Salt
Pepper
Two 10 3/4 Ounce Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Oven Cooking Bag
1 Cup Long Grain Rice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash chicken breast.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken in the oven cooking bag.
Add the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
Place in a 9x13 inch roasting pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
After chicken cooks for 25 minutes, cook the rice as directed on package.
Place rice on large serving platter.
Spread evenly.
Remove chicken from oven, cut open bag.
Place chicken over rice.
Pour sauce over top.
Serve.
