Beef Pot Roast Recipe
2 (10.75 oz) Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Package Onion Soup Mix
1 1/4 Cups Beef Broth
5-6 Pounds Lean Beef
Garlic Powder
Seasoned Salt
2 Cups Baby Carrots
2 Cups Peeled and Chopped Potatoes
1 Small Onion (sliced)
1/4 Cup Water
2 TBSP Corn Starch
Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth in
the crock pot.
Mix well.
Turn crock pot on high and cover.
Season lean beef with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
Sear the beef in a skillet on medium high heat for 4 minutes on
each side.
Place beef in the crock pot and cover.
Prepare and add carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Place in the crock pot around the roast.
Cook beef pot roast on high for 4 - 4 1/2 hours or low for 8 hours.
Mix water and corn starch in a small cup.
Beat with a fork.
Add to the beef pot roast and stir.
Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until gravy thickens.
