Beef Broccoli Chinese Recipe




1 Can Condensed Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Water
2 TBSP Cornstarch
1 1/2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
3 Cups Broccoli Flowerets (Fresh)
1/4 Cup Baby Carrots (sliced thin the long way)
3 Green Onions (sliced)
1 lb Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak (sliced thin)

1. Combine broth, water, cornstarch, soy sauce and red pepper.
2. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
4. Fry broccoli, carrots, and onion for about 3 minutes while constantly mixing.
5. Transfer to bowl (not bowl with liquid; seperate bowl).
6. Cook beef in same skillet over high heat until brown.
7. Add broth mixture to skillet, bringing to a boil (while constantly stirring).
8. Add broccoli / carrot mixture to skillet.
9. Cook for a few more minutes.
10. Serve over noodles.
