Lean center cut pork chops
Barbeque sauce
1 minced garlic clove
salt
pepper

Take any seen fat off of pork chops and discard.
Cut pork chops into pieces.
Pour barbeque sauce into crock pot.
Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Add pork chops.
Cover.
Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.*
Shred pork with two forks, one in each hand.

Serve on hamburger buns.

Need chips? Use Fat free sour cream and onion pringles!

*You can also cook on low for 8-9 hours.
