Banana Bread Recipe
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Light butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 cups Flour
4 very ripe banana
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Peel and mash each banana on a plate with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, butter, egg, baking soda, flour, and banana together.
To make banana bread muffins:
Lightly spray muffin tins with pam.
Bake the banana bread muffins at 350 for about 20 minutes or until toothpick
comes out of center clean.
To make banana bread loaf:
Lightly spray loaf pan with pam.
Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes or until the splits on top are dry and turning brown.
Test with a toothpick, making sure you place the toothpick in the middle of the banana
bread. If the toothpick comes out clean, your bread is ready!
