1 cup onions (diced)
1 cup baby carrots (cut in half long way)
8 ounces sliced baby portabella mushrooms
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
garlic cooking spray
1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
1 1/2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Place onions, carrots and mushrooms in microwave safe bowl.
Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes.
Preheat large skillet on medium for 3 minutes.
Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch strips.
Coat pan with cooking spray.
Add chicken.
Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
Cover and cook, 2–3 minutes, turning once.
Drain vegetables and stir into chicken.
Cook, covered, 5 minutes, stirring once.
Remove lid and cook 3 more minutes, stirring once.
Stir the balsamic vinegar into this recipe and serve.
