1 1/2 lbs Tilapia|
1 Cup Salsa
1 Cup 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Avocado (peeled, pitted, sliced)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease 9x12 inch baking dish.
Rinse fish fillets under cold water.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Lay fillets side by side in the the baking dish.
Pour the salsa over the top, and sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until the tilapia flakes with a fork.
Put the avocado slices on top.
