2 Avocados
3/4 Cup Fat Free Mayonaise
3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
1/2 Package Taco Seasoning Packet
2 Cans Refried Beans
2 Cups 2 % Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
2 Medium Tomato (diced, patted dry)
1 Cup Lettuce (shredded fine)
3 Green Onions (chopped fine)
In a medium size shallow baking dish, spread the
refried beans evenly on the bottom.
Peel each avocado, discarding the pits.
Chop each avocado up fine and smash them with a fork.
Add the mayonaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
Mix very well until blended smoothly.
Place the avocado mixture over the refried beans evenly.
Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
Now add the tomato, lettuce, and green onions on top
Serve this dip recipe with baked doritos.
