Asparagus Recipe II
1 lb Fresh Asparagus
1 TBSP Water
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
Wash asparagus.
Cut 1 inch from the end of the stalk and discard.
Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces.
Add water.
Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.
Drain asparagus and return to the bowl.
Stir in mustard, sour cream and seasoned salt.
Serve.
